Dubai Decants Refund Policy

At DubaiDecants, we take great care to provide authentic, high-quality fragrance decants. Because our products are samples offered for free (customers only cover the shipping cost), we do not offer refunds.

Policy Details:

• No Refunds on Samples
  Our decants are provided free of charge, and customers only pay for shipping. For this reason, all sales are final and we cannot issue refunds or accept returns.

• Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable
  Since shipping is the only charge on your order, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Damaged or Defective Items
  If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our customer service team immediately at hello@dubaidecants.com with photos of the product. We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Notes:

• Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of perfume samples, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened items.

• Orders that include free promotional items or gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
